It happens on the paper, on the intimate space between the artist and the surface. It may begin with a slath of colour, or a constellation of blobs, all points develop into lines.
Marks on the paper morph into mesmerising floating underwater creatures, irridiscent and delicate they dance. The stinging jellyfish defends itself, other forms bioluminesce. A point grows into a line, and into a microscopic single celled organism, one structure in this primordial soup.
